F.A.Q.

1.  Where can I find your shop?

2.  What are the contents of a learning set?
The learning set contains a Safari Ltd toob and Montessori 3 Part Cards to go along with the figures in the toob.

3.  How many figures are there in a set?
The number of figures varies,  depending on the Safari Ltd sets.

4.  Can you display all the images in the cards?  Where do you get your photos?
We purchase all the high quality images and photos that we used in our cards, therefore we hold the license to distribute.  To protect the license, and the customers who purchased the products, we can't display the entire images in the cards.

6.  What are the modes of payment?
As of now, we only accept payment through bank deposit (BPI).

7.  When do you ship items?
Shipments are only made within the Philippines and all orders are delivered by 2GO (currently).  We ship ordered items between 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday to the address supplied.  Orders are usually dispatched within 3-5 working days upon the confirmation of payment.  If an order is paid during the weekend, we will process the items on the next working day.

8.  Do you have international shipment?
No, currently we only ship within the Philippines.

9.  What's the cost of shipping fee?
We are using the 2GO courier service, so all costs depends on the sizes of the shipment and their rates.

10. Can I reserve items?
We don't hold or reserve items.  Upon placing your order, we will hold the product for 3-5 days before forfeiting your order.
