Welcome to The Wise Owl! Please take note of the process below on how placing your orders work and the timeframe of delivery.
- Step 1. Select among our products from our Facebook Page. List down the items you intend to purchase.
- Step 2: Leave a message in our Facebook page or email us at thewiseowlph@gmail.com with the following information:
- FULL NAME
- EMAIL ADDRESS
- CONTACT NUMBER (MOBILE)
- MEANS OF PAYMENT: Bank Deposit (BPI)
- ORDER/S
- COMPLETE MAILING ADDRESS
- Step 3: Once we confirmed and received your orders, we will send out a text message containing our bank details. Remember, as of the moment, our means of payment is through BANK DEPOSIT.
- Step 4: Once payment is made, please send us a confirmation through email or a message in Facebook Page. Usually this comes in a form of a copy of the bank deposit slip or online payment.
- Step 5: We will process the orders once we cleared out the payment. Work around is 3 to 5 days.
